Bylaws
Our Chapters Bylaws were updated and signed by SHRM in 2015.
A summary of the changes:
- Allow providers of an HR product or service to join the chapter
- Created criteria to define eligibility for a student member
- Allow for electronic voting
- Allow the board the use of incentives for membership promotions
- Updated the descriptions of chapter board positions
