How to Avoid the Melting Pot of Assimilating Workforces:
When a new employee assimilates to an existing culture, it’s easy for them to forget their own values, strengths, and identity. They can blend into the melting pot (a soup) and never stir it for fear of retaliation or negative reviews.

In this session, our presenter will outline ways we can meet our business goals and objectives while ensuring that the outcomes encourage diverse perspectives, individuals and ideas (a salad).

We’ll learn why adding to the culture - rather than asking employees to fit into the existing culture - will improve the overall mental health of our organizations.

Key takeaway: Learn to create a culture where everyone is encouraged to show up as their authentic selves and appreciate the diverse collection of individuals who all bring their unique skills to the table.
