    Major changes to the I-9 form are in effect!  Would you pass an I-9 audit?  In this session, you will learn how to ensure that you and your employees are completing the I-9 correctly, including when employees are rehired, when documents expire, when and how to view identifying documents (can you do so virtually?), plus record retention and more.   

    Our presenter, Dave Basham, is an I-9 expert and is ready to personally answer your specific questions!   We are thrilled to host Dave's information-packed presentation for a one-time special, reduced fee specifically for our members and friends.  If you have responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of the I-9s for your company, this session is for you.

    Dave Basham
    Clarify I-9

    Dave started Clarify I-9 in 2022 after retiring from the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services) as their Senior I-9 and E-Verify Subject Matter Expert.   His goal is to assist employers in making the I-9 and E-Verify less confusing.

    In his 14 years with the USCIS, Dave conducted over 800 presentations on Form I-9 and E-Verify via webinar and on-site events around the country, including elected officials, immigration attorneys, human resource and payroll professionals and compliance personnel. 

    Dave is known for his excellent presentations, offering information and tips in a clear, easy-to-understand style.  He often goes beyond the time allotted, attempting to answer each attendees' individual questions.
