    Disability Solutions, Senior Director of Partnership Development:

    As the Senior Director of Partnership Development at Disability Solutions, Kevin works directly with employers on developing programs to actively attract, hire and retain talent with disabilities.  Kevin trains employers to educate them on the benefits of hiring talent with disabilities and provides tools to help them best engage and support potential and current employees.

    Hiring and Engagement Consultant

    Keith manages workforce talent needs by engaging jobseekers with disabilities, including veterans with service-related disabilities, to deliver strategic outcome-based solutions to his clients. Keith's clients include Bristol Meyers Squib, Bank of America, Synchrony and more. He enjoys brewing his own beer, which makes him a popular member of the Disability Solutions team.
