Most of us have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, but did you know that your workforce data can can inform goal setting, decision making and information tracking?   Learning a few advanced functions Excel functions will help you filter, sort, summarize and derive information from your data. 

In this session, our presenter, Kara Chamberlain, will discuss how she uses HR data to make workforce decisions.  Some examples include:

-analyzing hours worked and the cost of overtime
-using data to meet diversity and inclusion goals
-COVID analytics such as contract tracing, # of employees vaccinated, and incentives

You’ll pick up some tips on what data to use, how to track it, and how to navigate a few of the more advanced Excel features, such as pivot tables and V look ups.
