Promoting overall wellness to being happy and healthy
This session will provide us with statistics on mental health injuries and core foundational training to promote whole well-being.
Depression costs employers an estimated $44 billion each year in lost productivity; the APA reports that about 1 in 5 people will get a mental-health injury; according to the World Health Organizations, burnout is now classified as a syndrome.
You will learn strategies on how to be happier and healthier in your work and personal life and how to encourage others to be more resilient.
