SHRM-WC actively promotes the professional advancement and development of its members by encouraging attendance at its monthly chapter meetings and promoting the advantages of PHR, SPHR, and GPHR certifications. In order to assist certified HR professionals meet PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification requirements, most SHRM-WC monthly meetings and Professional Development seminars qualify for recertification credit(s).
