2019 BENEFIT STRATEGIES & TRENDS

OUR PROGRAM

in this session, we have partnered with Lockton Companies Northeast to share the results of their recent 2019 Survey of Benefits Strategies and Trends.  (We hope some of you participated!)

Join us for breakfast to hear the latest strategies, based upon survey results, that local employers are using to:

-reduce employer and employee costs
-assist employees with their overall health and financial well-being

Also:
- how HR can help employees effectively manage their own benefits
- best-in-class recommendations for your workforce
- trends in consumer directed healthcare plans, parental leave and more
- employee engagement strategies being used (and those not recommended)

Our host, Lockton VP, Mike Garner looks forward to seeing you.
